Amazing staff and very comfortable stay. Hotel in close proximity to the harbour/downtown and various restaurants. Also can’t beat the in-house breakfast to start the day which is included with your stay. 👍

Enjoyed a one night stay at the Embassy Inn. We’ve stayed here a few times over the years and they never disappoint with good service, very clean, and updated, basic rooms. The included breakfast has really good variety and full slices of bacon (not micro slices!).

This hotel is in an excellent location. The room was spotlessly clean, and the free breakfast was a real bonus. The staff were really friendly, and there was no addditional fee for parking. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Victoria!

Good location. Right beside the legislature building. You can walk to many sites in Victoria. The hotel is a little dated but the rooms/washroooms had been refurbished.

This hotel is my favourite! Staff are friendly, they treat us well. The rooms are nice, comfortable, great amenities. The breakfast is excellent, coffee & lattes are great. The atmosphere is comfortable & home like. The location is super convenient for my purposes. Chef Scott always puts on an excellent breakfast! I will alway return here.

Really nice room, nice location. Room door deadbolt didn't lock and the heater in the bedroom didn't function. Other than that, nice place.

A lovely older hotel. Prompt service at the desk on check-in and very friendly staff throughout the hotel. We loved our room - two Queen beds and a balcony overlooking the Inner Harbour. My bed was so comfortable my arthritis didn't bother me at all. The breakfast room was staffed and there was a large selection of food from make-your-own waffle irons, sausages, eggs, hash browns, tater tots, cereal, muffins, coffees and hot chocolate (which was really good!) We will definitely stay at this hotel again when in Victoria visiting with our family!! Thank you Embassy Hotel staff!! We appreciated all of you and your kind service!

Great stay! Highly walkable to everything downtown Victoria has to offer. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Hotel room was clean, newer bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. Really great to have parking available for the whole day after our stay instead of having to pay for a lot elsewhere.

Great walkable location close to downtown. Free underground parking that always has space. Rooms are nice and spacious with small view balcony. One of the best breakfast buffets that I have had at a hotel. Price of hotel is reasonable.

The room is fair for its price....but heating system was loudly blown all night, although was switched off....this can be upgraded. The kitchen equipment is not what I wanted to see in my bedroom....haha However, I do like its convenient location and accessible of free parking space. The best high light was a great buffet breakfast with Chef and Helpers on site, giving attentive service. My favors were : large waffles fresh cooked in front of me, scramble spinnach eggs and potato nugets, both had touched of jalepeno and cheeses, lovely flavor!

My son and I stayed there. Walkable to down town and near by attractions such as museum, Beacon Hill park, and along the water. Very clean with friendly staff and breakfast in the morning with waffle maker which my son loved.

The room was fine but the old a/c unit wouldn’t work on cool mode and didn’t have a fan only setting. I had to cool the room down before going to bed by opening the door to the balcony for awhile and leaving the bathroom fan on…not a huge deal but the a/c units could use upgrading.

A really great location walkable to downtown. The hotel is nice enough in nice condition but it feels dated. It was nice having a full kitchen but it is next to the bed. There is no nightstand on the far sides of both the beds. I know it is very small details but this hotel has a 9.4 rating and I can’t see how. A comfortable enough stay but the staff isn’t very nice and the breakfast was just ok. Certainly not bad
