We found out that they clean the room every 3 days only...
I have never seen a 5 stars hotel got this policy!When we called the front desk because our room was not done, this was their explanation..
What about if you spoil your sheets or you have a baby who drop his milk ?
You sleep in dirty sheets for 3 days? come on !
This kind of saving is ridiculous when you see some staff members walking around , doing NOTHING...
Reduce your staff and increase the cleaning team! your clientele will appreciate very much...

Everything was simple and easy. The front desk upgraded my room also which was clutch and gave us Champaign on the walk in def would come back again

Great location in South Beach and a great value compared to similar hotels. The pool area, atmosphere, and service are the highlights. The room furnishings felt dated and showed some wear, and the bathroom could use minor maintenance and touch-ups. Also, be aware that spa amenities require an additional $100+ fee. Overall, the location, pool, and ambiance make it a great option for the price, and I would definitely recommend it. The picture is the view from my Bay view room.
