Hotel is beautiful - so much charm and character.
Staff however not so much. Cold, indifferent and at times standoffish.
Used BA as home base while exploring Uruguay, Paraguay and Patagonia. Unfortunately my first 10 mins in room toilet broke the staff seemed to insinuate I did so which was not the case. I had to repack everything and move rooms. From there it went downhill which ironically I was gone most of the time - see above.
I would say that food was decent but for the attitude of the staff there are WAY better options in Palermo. I’m sure those places will appreciate your business.
