I really like the room. It is clean and tidy with a nice choice of color combination. The pillows are so soft. Staffs are so friendly and helpful too. Breakfast is great, although they can add a few veggies too. Highly recommended.
The location is a bit away from the autobus station. But if you have a mugi card, there is no problem. The hotel is exactly in front of the bus station. Another small thing is that you can hear the water flushing sound from your neighbors during the night. Not too loud but if you are super sensitive to noise, you may want to be careful.

Location was good. The hotel was clean and staff was outstanding.
The temperature controls were very confusing and did not have any instructions. We needed to call the front desk to help adjust the temperature/

Great hotel and I loved that it was cinema themed! They have a large selection of classic movies that you can check out and watch in your room.
It is a little further from the main attractions of the city, but we didn’t mind the walk since it allowed us to walk off what we ate.

Staff were very pleasant
The rooms were clean
Public transport was good
During our stay the outside temperature rose to 30* and the air conditioning did not work, we complained to the front desk about it and they said it was working perfectly, we said it wasn’t. They checked on a monitor behind the desk and they were adamant that it was working perfectly. At no time would anyone come into the room to check it. Consequently we spent 6 slee@
pless nights in the hotel!
