Welcoming staff, clean, coffee machine in room and a real double bed (not two singles pushed together!)
Glass walls separating bedroom and toilet!
Each room is themed around a different actor , which is fun, but it was a little weird having Max von Sydow staying at us from every angle!!

Very luxurious nice neighbourhood with lovely cafes bars and restaurants around and 30 min nice walk to beach/downtown. Amara train station is very close too, if you fancy a trip to biarritz or hendaye. Recpetion staff very friendly and room spotlessly clean.

The rooms were clean
Public transport was good
During our stay the outside temperature rose to 30* and the air conditioning did not work, we complained to the front desk about it and they said it was working perfectly, we said it wasn’t. They checked on a monitor behind the desk and they were adamant that it was working perfectly. At no time would anyone come into the room to check it. Consequently we spent 6 slee@
