Good location, clean and comfortable. Very extensive breakfast buffet and kind staff. Rooms are simple but clean and great pool on the roof.

Having failed to successfully bid for an upgrade, the Executive Double-room did not disappoint. It was well-equipped, a good size with a very comfortable bed. The ensuite with walk-in shower had everything that was required. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. The hotel was very busy, but our floor (6th) was not noisy at all. Staff were helpful and the table-tennis tables in Reception are a nice touch. The roof-top swimming puddle and bar were nice and offered views of the surrounding area. Whilst the Old Town is a good twenty minute walk, Bus No.26 runs regularly (every 15 mins) and stops close to the hotel.
On-site (paid) parking was unavailable on arrival, so we ended up parking at a local shopping centre not too far away, but it was relatively expensive. On Day 2, I managed to negotiate an on-site space when other people were checking out. The breakfast offerings are OK, but I'd recommend getting there relatively early to avoid disappointment and the melee. The roof-top bar closed at 7pm and the main Ground Floor bar at 11pm, which seemed a little restrictive. The lifts are very busy and there was always a queue to use them, especially those adjacent to the Reception Desk.

Nice large well-equipped gym, spacious room, nice shower and towels, sound proof window, fridge in the room.
Room too close to corridor entry door which slammed multiple times at night; 20 minutes bus to old town; only one set of pillows per room - no more were available in the whole hotel; weird design of the safe
