Great location. Tea and coffee available on demand. Easy check in.
Nobody on front desk after 4pm. Unusually for any hotel, the room had no mirrors - the only mirror was in the bathroom.

The hotel is very clean and attractively decorated, great location, and has decent facilities for a very small hotel (note: it does not any breakfast options, but there is a good cafeteria just 50m away). What made this stay a 9 or 10 for us was the staff. The receptionist was delightful all around, and gave us amazing recommendations for lunch and dinner - partly as a consequence, we ate like kings in San Sebastian.
You have to go outside the building for breakfast (not a big deal, but a minus).

Good location, cute rooms, free coffee, tea, water and other drinks, which was very nice. Parking discount.
So when we came the reception was closed and we had to wait with 0 instructions in how to enter the room and which room at all… the room wasn’t very clean unfortunately. Also, they say they have parking without disclaimer that it’s actually a city parking for an extra cost of the apartment. The discount they offer if just 3 EUR. Also, my wife had a birthday and there was literally no acknowledgment of that haha. Not even “happy birthday, how was your stay”, which was slightly rude.
