Location was very convenient. Easy walk across the river to La Concha OR plenty to do right there in the neighborhood.
The rooms were very clean & we appreciated the new/clean linens each day. You could tell a sincere effort was made to keep it very clean & sanitary.
We stayed in 4 different cities during our stay in Northern Spain, and here was the only place we were given fans - so appreciated. (Rooms were still warm, but fans helped)
We anticipated it, so it wasn’t really an issue, so more of an FYI - rooms don’t have much extra space. Limited wardrobe space so can be tight with suitcases, etc.
Construction noises outside, but not the fault of the Pensión.

Lovely area of San Sebastián. Close to the beach. Very friendly staff. Our room was bright and airy.
Room was very small for 3 people. Other rooms we saw had no windows and would not have been as nice.

It seems they do not check well the room after a client departs. The tv control remote was not working
