The hotel was a bit smaller than US standards but it had everything we needed. Only complaint was the frosted glass bathroom door did not provide enough privacy. Location was great for exploring east London area and it was a very short walk to the Uber boat to bring us right to the heart of the more tourist central sites.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was too small, and room cleaning was not as expected.

I have zero complaints; everything was great.
However, one thing to note for future travellers: they're constructing a big building right across the street from this hotel. I suspect things will get noisy in 2027.
