The room was exactly what I expected, the host was easy to communicate with, helpful, and nice. The room was clean and tidy, there was a big kitchen we could used, so it was perfect for us.

The location was good for an event I was attending. There is a local tesco nearby and Westferry station. There is a kitchen at the property so you can make a meal. No teatowels though so you gave to use your bedroom towel to dry dishes.
The property needs a maintainance update. The shower needs resealing and a good clean. The bedding isn't ironed, and although clean was badly stained so it didnt feel inviting. They also ask for a £100 deposit which isn't mentioned on Booking so make sure you budget for that. If you pay for the deposit via PayPal goods and services they will try to get you to pay for the fees also. I did however get my full £100 returned after a conversation though about the fact it is their fee as a business.
