Absolutely loved our stay here. We had a private onsen for our family, which was a big hit with our daughters.
The men's public onsen was very quiet, in multiple visits I did not encounter another guest.

Amazing staff, looked after so well. Perfect room for a more restful stay. Onsen was great, could book a free private onsen for my wife and I. If your not up for sharing with others and want privacy. Amazing food, so much and variety. Well worth doing

Such a beautiful place. Wonderful traditional environment and meals. Staff was very friendly and kind. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel with very attentive staff. No Mountain View from communal areas. In room onsen is really nice and food is also great.
