This was a fantastic place. The room I had was spectacular & that view was gorgeous! Whenever I go back to Japan, I'm definitely coming back here & would like to stay an extra day as the place was great & Hakone as a whole is beautiful.

This hotel is pure and simple spa luxury. Shoes off at door. Traditional garments are provided. We had the meal package and it was so exceptional- 9 courses in a private dining room. The private and public onsens were beautiful. The traditional beds were so comfortable. What a very special retreat.

I love the whole environment
I can feel the ambitious staff
The only weak point is check out time at 10 am and i can't enjoy the stay hear for more time
Overall, I'd love to bring my family next time again when visit Hakone
$$$$
