Come and enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer! There is plenty of space whether you are coming for work or to get away from it all. Our resort style Scottsdale condo is comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. It's located on the 1st floor and near great Restaurants, Golf, Spring Training Ball Parks, Casinos, Hiking Trails, Mayo Clinic and more. Easy access to neighboring cities like Phoenix, Glendale, Tempe and Chandler.
This cozy condo is located on the ground floor and features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sleeps 3 comfortably (with sleeper sofa). Make yourself right at home as you walk in the door and find a comfy living room with sleeper sofa (full size), love seat and 50” smart TV with cable. You can also enjoy your mornings or evenings out on the back patio just off the living room. We know just how important it is to prepare your meals during your stay so you can enjoy the equipped kitchen that features a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, kitchen utensils plus there are a traditional & Keurig coffee maker. There is seating for 4 at the round table just off the kitchen. The bathroom has a single sink and a walk in shower. To top it off there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, 58” Smart TV with cable, large walk in closet and direct access to the back patio with outdoor seating.
The community amenities are top notch and features a heated pool & spa, BBQ grills, fitness room with ellipticals, treadmills and some weights, steam room & sauna, business center, community area living room with TV and kitchen.

We stayed in this condo several times and this time it was even better because they had done some updates, which were very nice. Comfortable and nice location!

My husband and I stayed 6 nights at this condo. It was just as pictured. Had everything we needed and was in a great location. We used the fitness center every day and the main pool a couple times as well. It’s just a short walk. The fitness center had everything you need for a good workout and the main pool was very clean. It was not crowded at all when we used it. There is another pool just a few steps away but we ended up not using that one.
It’s a very quiet area which we loved. About a 25-30 minute drive to Oldtown Scottsdale which we did most days. We hiked at Pinnacle Peak which was an under 20 minute drive (and our favorite hike of the ones we did this week!). There is everything you need in this area. Across the street from a grocery store and Walgreens just around the corner. Short drive to Kierland Commons for shopping and restaurants (we went to Culinary Dropout one night and it was great).
If I had one negative I would say the bed and pillows could be comfier but wouldn’t prevent us from staying again.
We were wishing we’d stayed longer and will definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Condo was as described. It was the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Perfect location to everything; golf, hiking, places to eat, groceries and a morning walk for Starbucks and a pastry at AJs market. Pool was steps away and my husband enjoyed the sauna daily. The communication was excellent! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit with family!!

Poorly built with noisy people above us. You could hear them cough, open sliders etc. ice maker never worked. The hot tub was cold.
