Brand new turf has been added to the backyard. Perfectly situated in the heart of sunny Gilbert, Arizona. About 35 minutes or less to three Spring Training venues. Whether you're visiting from out-of-state or enjoying a weekend staycation, you are sure to have an incredible time in this beautiful Desert Oasis. After your adventures of the day barbecue on the patio, take a refreshing swim or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. If you're looking for a beautiful place to hike, picnic, and enjoy blooming desert wildflowers, Discovery Park is only 10 minutes away and Gilbert Regional Park is only 15 minutes away! The property was as advertised. The backyard is the gem of this property. There is outdoor space and amenities to satisfy even the pickiest. Hot tub and fire pit were great. If a pool is a must, it is unheated (as advertised). If you are unfamiliar with Phoenix, this makes it unavailable until the nights warm up later in spring. The house itself is very spacious and in a quiet upper middle class neiborhood. The cleaning staff do a good job and Lauren (property manager) was able to accommodate a last minute early check in, even though it was occupied the night before. Thx!!! Some of the kitchen and living room furniture are beat up a bit and could use repair or replacement, but not a big issue. The area is fantastic. There are restaurants, shopping, golf, etc. all within a 5 min drive. Countless other amenities/attractions and airport within 1/2 hour. All in all, it was a great stay!

House was nice, little tight for 8 grown adults. I think the sleeps 10 is a stretch. Property manager was very responsive. Overall happy with the property for the price.

Our family and some friends stayed for my son's baseball tournament. The home was close to the ball park and in a nice area. The home accommodated the 10 of us fine. However, the chairs, like all of them are cheaply made and prone to falling apart and the kitchen is not well equipped. We had to buy our own baking dishes, cheese grater, and serving dishes. There wasn't even salt and pepper or cooking spray.
