When you book this beach abode, you and your group will be granted access to the complex's community amenities that include several outdoor pools, golf on-site, a hot tub, and tennis courts. Enjoy your meals alfresco on the balcony, equipped with a high table and four chairs. Inside, the open floor plan features coastal decor and plank floors throughout. Cozy up on the sofa after a refreshing time in the pool and watch a favorite show on the TV with cable. Then, when mealtime comes around, surprise your group with their favorite meals. The kitchen is fully appointed with every major appliance and all the cookware needed to whip up delicious feasts. There are two coffee makers (drip and Keurig) for coffee enthusiasts. The adjoining dining table seats four and there are two additional stools at the breakfast bar. Additional amenities include a stackable washer/dryer on-site, free WiFi, and central air conditioning. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We love to stay in this place, are time was extended for a couple hours was grateful, kids were happy in the pools and beach. The views are incredibles.

This property has a cute little set up with plenty of room for 4 people to spread out comfortably. With 4 women, the extra vanity/mirror space was excellent to have along with 2 full bathrooms. The condo was clean upon arrival, no issues there. My 4 stars for cleanliness instead of 5 is because of the necessity of washing/scrubbing dishes before we could use them. After a little while in the place, we also discovered large stains on the back sofa cushion. But plenty of clean cozy blankets to cover helped this be less problematic. We also encountered a broken kitchen drawer and dislodged towel bar, but both issues were promply addressed by maintenance with no further issues. We ended up utilizing the finicky Kurig (inconsistent brew volume) because the coffee pot steamed out 2 cups of water with every brew. Also, the lack of containers for food storage was inconvenient, but we made it work. The tv options in all the rooms were nice with good log-in options. The deck was a decent set-up with room enough to relax. The beds were comfortable with the added foam padding. Plenty of closet/dresser space, towels, and hot water. Close to one of the heated pools, kinda far from the hottubs. Overall I would definitely recommend this condo and book again myself.
