If you bring the kids along, Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park and The Track - Destin offer endless amusement for the whole family. Just a short drive away, The Destin Harbor Boardwalk and Destin Commons offer plenty of shopping and dining options. There are plenty of on-site activities to choose from each day, as guests will have access to the shared heated pool, a fitness facility, a sauna, tennis courts, and private beach access just 130 steps from your front door! This condo is fully equipped for comfort, from the bright décor to the open layout and luxurious bedrooms. The home offers beautiful ocean views from both bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living area. Watch the sunrise in bed or relax on the enclosed balcony with a warm cup of coffee and a book as you look out on the water and listen to the waves. As everyone begins to come around and start their day, step into the immaculate full kitchen and whip up a delicious breakfast while overlooking the ocean before heading out for a long day in the sunshine. Things to Know This vacation rental is located in a construction zone. During working hours, noise will be audible and personnel will be around the complex. Certain amenities, like balconies and parking structures, may be closed or impacted during your stay. The project is slated to conclude in mid-April 2024. Beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is included seasonally by Sunset Beach Service. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 7. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Alot of construction. We were told minimal construction. There was hammering and power saws in the condo next to ours. And they had to shut down the guest bathroom because of leaks downstairs. We left a day early. And the thermostat was locked, so the condo stayed at a chilly 68°.

We were told upon renting this condo that there was “exterior” refacing of the condo which we were okay with. They also let us know right before arriving that the balconies would still be closed off until 10/31 since the “exterior” condo renovations were not complete. We agreed to that, no problem. What we were NOT told was that they would be working directly on our enclosed balcony. We awoke the first morning to find 3 workers on the enclosed balcony working along a very strong odor of paint and turpentine!! This, to us, was an invasion of our privacy. The Living Room only has sheer curtains so thankfully I was dressed when I entered the living room!! I called Vacasa to complain, only to be told this was out of Vacasa’s hands so there was nothing they could do about it. Sadly, we were basically stuck for 4 days with NO privacy and horrible headaches due to the strong odors of paint and turpentine. We had already paid for this condo so could not afford to find anywhere else to stay. It was pitiful to know we had to wake up every morning with the odor of paint and turpentine by 7:30 - 8:00am with workers on our balcony. Definitely no sleeping in on this vacation🥺 and I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND anyone else to rent this condo. It really deters us from ever wanting to come back to Destin. So sad🥺🥺

Nice, clean, walking distance to restaurants and shopping in the area. Lots of construction here and other buildings in this area, but still can get in and out with no problem. Would stay here again!

This whole property is under construction. It was not safe for our children and it was extremely loud all day so our baby was unable to nap. I’m sure this place will be lovely when renovations are complete but, we were unaware of the extent of the renovations until we arrived.

Wasn't advertised as written online. The balcony has been enclosed and you cannot open the exterior sliding glass door to hear the waves like description states. I read a previous review 1 year ago that the AC does not work well in the master suite. Figured after a year it would be fixed but no. The fan is really loud needs repaired so this room is hot. We booked this condo for the extra fold out beds but one was listed as broke and they never told us ahead of time. We messaged the rental property to ask them about the sliding glass door and about the AC and fan. They never once replied to our message. Id advise to try another unit or building.

Loved the views from all the main rooms, and that it was close to a lot of good food and shopping. Quick walk to the beach and the heated pool was nice. Highly recommend.

I’ll start with the good stuff. The condo and location is wonderful. Very spacious. My favorite part of the morning was watching the sunrise from the bed in the master. The property is definitely closer to the beach than it appears and there are a number of places to eat and shop within walking distance. I walked to The Local Markey each morning for coffee. Their food was great too!
When we checked in we discovered our room had not been cleaned. No clean towel, sheets, etc. Vacassa was finally able to find someone to come and clean the room but it was during dinner time. The cleaners were very respectful but it was annoying after a very long day of travel. They also couldn’t provide us with blankets so we spent the trip sleeping with only sheets and beach towels when needed. Vacassa did offer some reimbursement for the inconvenience. Which was appreciated.
The property has a chair and umbrella service the comes with the property which is nice except they pack you in on the beach like sardines. Seriously the umbrella was touching the umbrellas of the people on each side of us. And you can’t bring your own. I’ve never encountered this at a rental but I guess it’s common in Destin? We sat down in the water all day so we could have some space and enjoyed every minute of of the beautiful water and white sand beach. I don’t know if the chair/umbrella rental company is directly associated with the condo, but Mandy is the rudest person I have ever encountered that works in a customer service type of position. I would recommend someone speak to her about making assumptions about someone’s ethnic background or disability status before making assumptions. And also how to speak to people in general. Finally, I was annoyed about the property description because at very, very end of the property they mentioned the constitution that was going on. Thankfully, we were not impacted at all but it would nice to start out with that in the description.
We enjoyed our stay despite the small inconveniences. I don’t think that is the norm. But be aware of the construction and when the property is undergoing renovations and be prepared for being packed in on the beach.

Our family loved this condo! It was extremely spacious, very clean, nice decor, comfortable beds, enjoyable glassed-in balcony, and had a bit of an ocean view from every window. The condo has a nice washer and dryer in a large laundry pantry where you will also find 4-5 body boards for the ocean and several beach chairs. The spacious kitchen has lots of usable counter space for cooking and grocery storage. The condo comes with a two beach chairs and umbrella set up daily by beach attendants. The pool is also very clean and a nice size. This condo that is a very short walk to the beach and is highly recommended! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Enjoyed the view from each room in the condo. Just wish they had darker shades to prevent the sunshine coming in so early in the morning in the living room. Also the extra bed was broken and I wasn’t notified therefore one of my family members had to sleep on the floor.

The view was wonderful. The deadbolt on our key pad kept locking up and getting stuck. The fans in the condo were loud due to barrings. Their was hair in the bathroom when we arrived. And the pool closed early even though signs said they were closing at 11.

The condo was beautifully decorated and up to date. Loved the area and beach! Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness, specifically the floors and master shower. But overall a nice experience.

Wonderful get a way!
I loved everything about the condo and location. A few yards to the beach. Right on the strip to all the local best restaurants. The condo was open , light and airy. The rooms where plenty big. Bathrooms great. I will book this particular condo every time I stay if I’m able. I absolutely loved everything/
