Relaxing

The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable. Also the living room furniture could definitely stand an upgrade. For the amount of money this condo costs per week, they should definitely freshen the place up with some newer and more comfortable things. Also upon our first shower in the master shower, there was a used bandaid on the shower floor. Ewwwww! Made us wonder what else may have been missed in the cleaning process. The dryer was sooooooo slow. It took many cycles to dry. They came and did something to it which helped, but it still wasn’t super efficient. The dishwasher door was so heavy and loose that upon opening it, WATCH OUT! It gave me a bruise on the top of my foot where it fell open and hit me.

Very dissapoimted for the amount of money spent

The location and view

The unit was very dirty upon arrival and there was a random refrigerator in the dining room. We asked to have the fridge removed and to have it cleaned. No one ever came to clean so we cleaned it ourselves. There was a water leak in the unit above us so the staff came in unannounced without notice to cut a hole in the ceiling and removed our belongings out of the bathroom and never put them back or cleaned up the mess from the drywall and insulation. I called and asked who and why someone was in our unit and I was told no one. They had no record of anyone being in there which is concerning. There was blood on the comforter. The guest tub didn’t drain which caused 4 people to have to use the master shower. The master mattress needs to be replaced as it’s old and bows. The tv in the guest bedroom didn’t work. Just very disappointed

Many maintenance issues in condo. Very, very upset that the pool was not available for most of our visit.

They could clean the condos better. It needs to be updated for sure there’s a lot of stuff that has missing pieces.

Nice birthday family vacation

Nice view of the beach and chairs were ready every morning. We were disappointed our view of the sunset was blocked by a tall condo and we were never able to see it

The bed skirt on the master bed really needs to go! It is yellow from wear and isn't a proper fit for the bed. The kitchen should have at least one non stick skillet and a decent spatula. I had to buy a skillet just to make a decent breakfast.

Disappointing

The location was nice. The view was pretty.

This condo is very ran down. Not worth the money it costs to stay there. Upon entering, it smelled very fishy. I thought the visitors before us fried fish. Turns out it was the dishwasher. It smelled absolutely horrible. Washed dishes by hand for 10 people. The blender did not work. was told that we would be provided with a different one that worked but no one ever showed up. The cooktop is old, all the numbers on the glass top are worn off. Told my family to not worry about bringing a lot of clothes because we thought we had a working washer and dryer. Not the case. The clothes washer smelled bad too. It did not work. The dryer takes an hour and a half to dry towels. So we couldn’t wash any clothes. Pillows are hard and cheap. Called in for a work order on dishwasher and washing machine. They couldn’t show up until our stay was over. Very disappointed.
