Location location LOCATION

The clothes dryer didn’t work, was reported but not fixed as promised. Staff said they worked on it the week before… hmmm… VERY important that if you advertise a washer dryer, that you provide a dryer… our towels began to smell during our stay… ugh. And it would have been nice to take home clean clothes…

Great location, clean, good size

For a beach vacation it would be so convenient to have beach/pool towels and chairs supplied. We flew in and had to purchase these items.

Awful

The view

That they called the cops because we found mold throughout both rooms, they didn't want to refund the money nor put us in different rooms. So they called the cops to remove us from the property. Thank heavens for the police because they helped so much with our lawyer and our civil rights lawsuit.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sterling Shore III. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Access to the beach. The property very close to many shopping areas and other attractions. The water/beach views were quite nice from the apartment that we stayed in. The pool area was quite nice!

There wasn't anything that I disliked during my stay at Sterling Shores III. I plan to return to this property in the future. I'll also plan to let others know about this property as a place to stay while visiting Destin.

Disappointing

Great location

Broken elevator, extreme noise, hidden service charges that were not on the original pre-invoice. We could have stayed at a much nicer condo w/full kitchen for the price we were charged. VERY poor value !

It was Relaxing environment...

Everything was perfect but If your smoker this not the place for u unless You don’t mind leaving to smoke You can’t even smoke outside,balcony either unless you leave off the property Smokers don’t Go if You have a extended stay but The facility itself Is awesome From cleanliness,to safety...

Exceptional

The location was excellent. Convenient to the beach and near to many restaurants, local attractions and stores. The room (507) had a great view of the ocean as well as the pool. The apartment had all the facilities needed by a family.

The twin beds are short for people who are above 5 ft 5 inches. The check out time is strictly 1000 AM, wish it was a bit more relaxed and offered extended check out like many hotels. This is not related to the property, but I wish the beach umbrellas and chairs were complimentary for Sterling Shores guests.

Booking shows fake Rooms

Staff was great, Amazing view. Pools were wonderful.

We did not like that the room I booked that was pictured on booking did not have the furniture shown. My husband has severe lung disease and I had searched for a place with a big recliner because he sleeps sitting up and 706 sterling shores had a small leather chair not a recliner so he did not rest well. I did mention it. Room had some issues with dirty bed linens and stains on throw pillows throughout.

I do like the property but I don’t get the one I see at the picture then show me a né and gives me another time one I pay for 3 bedroom and get 2 bedroom 😢😢

Nice vacation stay

I liked that the condo was within walking distance to the beach. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

I didn’t like that it took three days to get the TV replaced after it quit working our first night there.

Superb

I liked having the additional hand held mirror in the master bathroom. The kids liked the view of the ocean, the location and the beach was well kept. The 2 pools were also appreciated. I enjoyed the sidewalks as a great option to run. Really need options for using the restroom when running.

That the maintenance man can enter into our condo and turn up the AC that we paid for to use!

I HAD AN AMAZING TIME!!! An I LOVE THE BEACH.

Everything was beyond what I expected. The room was clean and refreshing. We were close to the beach as well as eating area. The pool was fantastic!!!!!!!An the staff was great they made sure my stay was great by calling an making sure I had everything that I needed! Not once did I have to call because they kept check with everything!!LOVED IT AN I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS AN FAMILY!!

We like everything about our room and the place, it's nice & clean. The view on the balcony is so beautiful. The staffs are so kind, making sure you're happy at your stay.

Cute & Quaint

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay in room 712-A (except for the small tv and fees). It was cute, clean & accommodating. A breezy patio with a glimpse of the pool and ocean. It was great! Would definitely stay again. ❤

The only thing we didn't like was the small TV, late check-in, early check-out, and the astronomical fees that were just as much as the room rate. It's deceptive... and nonrefundable. Easy to book by mistake. There were only 2 of us (adults) and we cleaned up behind ourselves. The hotel-style houseman arrived just before we checked out and asked to collect our linen. This wasn't a bother, but the fees are really unreasonable.
