Excellent location. Exceptional staff

Everything was fantastic all the staff were exceptional. My only thing I would say is I was surprised the room didn't have any outlets with USB charger connections.

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean. Checkin was simple. Communication for property access was perfect. The internet service was marginal, TV channel selection was poor. Other than that, I have no complaints or issues.

Drain in bath is dangerous. Property needs another elevator. One doesn’t take care of guests. 30 minute wait.

It was nice for a 2 days stay in a place where the view could be enjoyed.

I would give the place a 8/10. We happened to be there during an unusually cold spell so we didn't get to enjoy the grounds. I know the area and its good for walking to the beach and restaurants. There wasn't any working heat in the kids room, the ceiling fans were dusty, which we didn't know until we turned them on. Covers were oddly off the bathroom vents and we could only get the weather channel on the TV in the living room. Besides that the place was equipped with everything I needed to make our Christmas dinner and breakfast, the view was good and could be enjoyed while I was cooking. Someone did call to see if I needed anything, but I didn't want to bother anyone at Christmas and the things I listed were not much of a bother at all. I would rent there again without hesitation.

Exceptional

Everything was very nice and very clean. The entire property is maintained very well. The parking lot is well lite at night. It's a very nice place.

The one and only complaint that we had was about renting the beach chairs and umbrella. $50 for the day and $40 for a half day is too much when I already spent $1327 on the room for six days.

The staff was not helpful and the property was not cleaned making it feel not so luxurious.

beautiful views!

gate to the beach closes is 10 PM so limited romantic walks on the beach. A lot of kids that make the property very dirty.

We will definitely stay at Sterling shores again

Only thing that could have been better was the shower. The pressure was awful so washing my hair was not easy with the amount of water pressure that was coming out of the nozzle.

Needs more person contact

Loved everything about my room. Very Relaxing

The office worker I last talked to when checking out Honestly sounded like she could careless. Its no contact checking in or checking out which I believe needs to change fast. Owner was very nice and approaching. Still overall Great Experience

Easy access to beach and restaurants.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Needed more bed space. Everything else was awesome!

The apartment was nice, the rooms was clean

That I couldn't get into my apartment when I arrived had to call and go through another step, and the TV in the living room never played, overall it was very nice.

Condo 1007 is luxury and comfort combined with the most amazing view imaginable!!

The condo was exceptional!! The view from Condo 1007 was second to none, condo was comfortable, modern and very well designed!! Not many people here in the off season, but when I got locked out of my room and forgot my electronic code for the door- the security guard was so sweet and let me use him phone!! The pool near the beach was very warm (almost like a hot tub) which was great with the cool temperature! The beach was also beautiful!

My kids were very bummed that the massive kids pool was ice cold. Did not see a single person in there our entire stay because it was literally colder than the Gulf! unfortunately the warm pool is quite the hike from the condo building (across a street even) so that made for a freezing walk after the swim!

terrible. didn’t get to enjoy the unit because by the time we got to enter the unit it was dark and too late to enjoy an

took over 2 hours from time of confirming to be allowed to enter a unit or even receive directions for password and unit location. had to stay on the phone with property manager who kept having to re ask me security questions at 7pm before I could check in with my daughter.
