Situated in Zell am See, this charming house for $363 per night is a great option for your next break. Accommodation description: Stay in this detached chalet on the outskirts of Zell am See. The property offers electric car charging facilities and you can unwind in the sauna. The chalet has a recreation room with table tennis, table football, pool table and a small bar. Ideal for cosy evenings with the whole group! Winter sports in Zell am See stand for snow guarantee, cosiness and a range of possibilities. Together with the areas of Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang-Fieberbrunn, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many skiing and snowboarding opportunities. With just 1 ski pass, you have more than 400 kilometres of pistes at your disposal! The ski bus to the Schmittenhöhebahn or Sonnalmbahn and also to the centre is 100 metres from the chalet. The chalet is located at the foot of the Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun is about 10 km away. The glacier in Kaprun ensures that you can ski almost all year round. The ideal place for a skiing holiday with family or with a group of friends! In summer, enjoy nature in the beautiful mountain world and take the most beautiful hiking and mountain bike tours. Lake Zell lends itself to every kind of water sport; sailing, rowing, canoeing and water-skiing are possible here. Wonderful on a summer day when you are looking to cool down! A breathtaking car or motorbike ride along the Großglocknerstraße is also well worth it! A 10-minute drive from the chalet is a beautiful golf course in the Schüttdorf district on the southern shore of the Zellersee. In short, a versatile region, offering something for everyone! Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, ist aber sehr veraltet. Die Aufteilung ist merkwürdig und es fehlt ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit guten Sitzgelegenheiten. Wenn du tagsüber nicht rausgehst, musst du im Keller sitzen, um es dir bequem zu machen.... Der Skiraum und das Spielzimmer sind jedoch sehr praktisch. Die Küche ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand und man kann nicht ohne weiteres für 12 Personen kochen. Der Besitzer ist eindeutig bemüht, Dinge wiederzuverwenden, aber wenn man im Urlaub ist, will man doch keine alten Handtücher benutzen, oder? Einige Betten sind durchgelegen, während andere schöne Matratzen haben.

schönes großes haus, ideal für familien mit jugendlichen, schöner raum im keller mit tischtennis, pooltisch. finde 2 badezimmer etwas dürftig für die menge an personen. recht einfache einrichtung gute betten. lage nicht sehr nah am stadtzentrum, man kann nicht einfach dorthin laufen. aber ein bus vor der tür. straße zum haus bei schnee schnee schneeketten benötigt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Sehr empfehlenswert für diejenigen, die einen schönen Aufenthalt mit einer großen Gruppe suchen. Ideal gelegen zwischen Zell am See und den Skiliften.
