Main House Living Room: Featuring contemporary-style furnishings including a sectional couch, 43” Smart TV, and access to the backyard. Enjoy pool and mountain views from the multitude of windows. Main House Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances. The large kitchen island adds prep space to make meal prep easy! Main House Dining Area: The dining area has seating for eight guests. Main House Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Grand Master Suite — King size bed, 30” Smart TV, fireplace, relaxing chaise lounge, a stationary bike and access to the backyard. The casita offers a separate dining area as well as a sleeper-sofa. Note: There is no stove at the casita. Casita Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Bedroom- Queen size bed; the bathroom offers a tile and glass shower. Backyard/Outdoor Spaces: The home offers outdoor spaces that feature a pool and hot tub. You'll also enjoy a built-in propane BBQ grill and fireplace, along with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. Pool: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated October 1-March 31. Please note that due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. The pool depth is 3-6 feet.
