This unique property consists of four separate buildings. Each building has rooms that are completely unique. The rooms are updated and comfortable – could use some pillow upgrades. Breakfast is served in one of the houses where you have to go down several stairs to get your food, could be an issue for a disabled people?
If it is sunny out, you have a great place to eat outside, but if it’s raining, you’re kind of in the basement for breakfast, which isn’t so terrific. The breakfast is good lots of options.
It’s very confusing, checking in even though they do their best to tell you where to go.
Ample parking. within walking distance of all popular attractions.
Would definitely stay again!!

Breakfast was good, bedding was clean and fresh. Parking was fine. Check in was confusing - it was not easy to know where to go since it was not in the hotel I booked - they should let people know that before they get there. They also switched my hotel from Bellvue House to Inn on Bellvue saying my original room was taken (what???) Breakfast was not in the hotel either - had to walk down a few properties. Front desk was rarely staffed - most times I went there nobody was manning the desk or even nearby. Even for check out I had to call a phone number for assistance and they said to just leave the key. Overall, everything was fine, but I think I expected better.

Rooms had an old time classic look and feel. My wife and I loved how everything was in walking distance. Front desk was very helpful with tips for us 1st timers to Newport.
