Genial,repetiremos

Limpieza excepcional,entorno y decoración únicos. El personal súper amable y atento. Muy buen parking plazas amplia.

Cuando entramos a la habitación la calefacción estaba muy alta y hacía mucho calor. Ya que tiene cocina podría funcionar el microondas entiendo que la cocina sea con suplemento pero para poder calentar un biberón estaría bien que el microondas funcionara

Très bien pour une seule nuit en voyageant. Garage en ss sol sécurisé.

Emplacement top, dans le beau quartier résidentiel, pas très loin du stade. Le centre est un peu loin à pied sans plus.

Petit déjeuner en régression depuis cette année, place dans le grand hall de l’hôtel, ancien hôtel de congrès. Pas intime et la qualité a nettement baissé pour 15€…

Muy caro para que lo que es. Hay mejores opciones.

La ubicación es buena y habitaciones muy amplias.

Te cobran por usar la cocina. La habitación muy fría y ni el Aire ni el radiador funcionaba, al día siguiente lo reclamé en la recepción y me dijeron que no se activaba hasta otoño y mi respuesta fue que estamos en el 2do día de otoño y la chica no supo que decir.. al final me subieron un radiador. La cama para dos personas es una de 135cm, según ellos suficientes para 2 adultos, le pedí una cama suplatoria y no tenian. El desayuno por 15€ (por persona) muy regulin, tienen solo lo básico, los niños pagan completo y no hay personal para pedir nada, si se acaba algo no hay quien lo reponga, solo el último día se pasó una chica que iba a buscar avena y no volvió nunca, un HORROR. El propio hotel tiene una cafetería afuera.

Excellent staff, good food, lovely room and the local area was nice. 20 min walk into the centre.

Very clean and pleasant, lots of space, loved that there was a separate storage area for my bike and one to build and service it too!

Booked online, policy on pets not mentioned until we arrived at the hotel. Only allow dogs up to 7 kilos???? And cost 25 euros per dog, and two thousand euro deposit during stay!!! Disgusting ......

Very poor and expensive stay. Will not return or recommend.

Spacious.

For self catering accommodation it was very poorly provided for. Had to request kitchen appliances that were supposedly included. Potential charge for using cooker. Toiletries were listed as being free, but according to hotel staff, only on arrival. Expectation that things like shampoo would at least have some content - no, empty. Views listed as city or garden, ours was of a building site. Room adjacent to a busy road that was sleep disturbing.

Nice but next time another Hotel.

Nice room / appartment.

Its unbelievable for me when you are marketing yourself as a sporthotel, that on the evening before the Ironman there is a rooftop party witjh life loud music whereas all the tri-atletes have to wake up,at 0500. This hotel costs during Ironman more than 200 euro a night which is in my opiniom out of proprortion. But never the less staff all very friendly and helpfull.

Nice big room, with living area. Big windows, lots of lights. Simple breakfast. Clean and comfortable beds. Helpful staff at the reception. Liked weekend breakfast.

No kettle in the room. For our longer (5 nights) stay we had to walk minimum 20 min to get a cuppa. One of the waitress who was also cooking breakfast used far too much oil, so your scramble or fried eggs were soaked in oil. Even the most of the rooms have kitchen (like an apartment) the €30 charge for everyday is a bit too much. We had breakfast included in our 5 days deal price, but our friends payid €20 each for the breakfast that really didn't worth as much money.

Spacious apartment.

When we arrived the flat was frozen, and it took a long time to warm it. Apparently kitchen is available but you have to pay extra for using it!! We had a misunderstood with payment at checking out, and the hotel took benefit from that.

Clean & spacious

Hotel located in a quiet safe good neighborhood. Free street parking in just infront of the hotel. Approachable staff and very pleasant to talk to, informative and helpful.

The use of the kitchen apparently has an extra fee so don't touch anything unless you really need the use of it. But fridge is free

spacious, beautiful and clean, very quiet and modern.

there was a spacious kitchen, but we couldn’t use it, only for extra charge, that i found weird. There was no kettle to even have a tea or coffee.

This hotel is well worth a visit . The city itself was unremarkable- not unlike Milton Keynes- trying to find a restaura

additional handrail needed in shower. To be fair I did give feedback on checking out and the staff took notice.

Disappointing

I didnt Like having to pay extra to use the kitchen facilities as the price of the room was expensive and should have been covered in the price.

Very modern, spacious. clean and comfortable room.

Even when the hotel was close to the center of Vitoria, there were no restaurants or supermarkets near by. Always had to get on the bus and go to the center of Vitoria.

The room was really nice and close to Azkena Rock area.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Too bad it was sold out for next year, the day we left, so we need to find another hotel for 2023. I'd like a swimming pool. If there were i didnt know 😊

Superb

The apartment was very big and nicely furnished. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is a little far away from the city centre - approx a 30 Min walk. But we knew that before and there is also a bus station nearby.

There was some hair on the bathroom floor.

great location. the lady that welcomed us on arrival was amazing giving us ideas of what to do and was always very friendly when we saw her. that’s definitely a very good plus.

we had to leave early due to illness and they decided not to refund us for 2 nights on 10 day stay. I understand that the pandemic created difficulties but a bit of understanding goes a long way. The equipment of the flat was of really great quality but really scarce if you wanted to cook yourself and nothing available to clean the apartment.
