Nice location on the beach
On arrival we were almost forgotten because unfortunately returning quests arrived at the same time. We had no information regarding hotel facilities etc , just shown to the room.
Disappointed with balcony, very small, too small to use comfortably.
We sat in the outside lounge area for 40 minutes and had no attention, in the end we walked out to the restaurant on the beach next door and had lunch .
Following day I did speak with the customer liaison person who apologised and offered to pay for a meal for us within the hotel which was nice of her but it didn’t change our first impression of the hotel experience.
Our first experience of going to the beach was also spoiled. Just a few sun loungers were occupied so we headed for a front row location. We were confronted by the beach staff who informed us that we could only use the back row because of our room number. We obviously hadn’t paid enough money to have an upfront view !

This is an exceptionally stylish and comfortable hotel. It oozes with 5 star luxury… the bed is the comfiest I’ve ever slept in (including bed linens, dressing gowns etc) and the whole place is immaculate and clean. The staff were wonderful and friendly and the location and beach beautiful. We ate two nights at the hotel taverna on the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed - made even more memorable by the wonderful staff. This is definitely a cut above the rest.
Small things- cups in bedroom for morning coffee weren’t automatically replenished or checked and breakfast service was a bit chaotic and random on how long you had to wait for your morning coffee!
