Excellent location, excellent service from the entire staff. Room felt slightly dated and the corners were a bit dustier than I’d like but not a deal-breaker by any means. Bathroom fixtures seemed recently updated. Free (but basic) continental breakfast is a plus.

The hotel has a unique location, we could walk from the hotel to many historic places. Service was great, as well as the breakfast; the front desk team was very helpful and they keep communication before, during and after our stay. Wonderful hotel!!

We loved the position of the hotel. The view from our room overlooking the Pantheon was amazing, along with it being beautifully presented. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great with plenty of hot water.

Couldn't sleep last night due to loud noise in the hotel till 1am and the hotel manager didn't even apologize and rejected to refund any money for that.

Great location, conveniently situated at the center, with most famous attractions within 20-30mins walking distance. Clean and professional look hotel with seemingly old history - seems to have a strong sense of pride. Rooms are clean, modernly renovated and nice bathrooms. At the same time, breakfast is poor (nothing special) and not-so-good coffee. Rooms are not so sound proof. And view is a wall if you don't get the Pantheon view. I didn't feel welcomed at the hotel, until the last minute, when the staff was just talking to each other without any attempt to help us with the luggage going outside, including the bell boy.

We travel a ton-- one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at relative to location. Seriously -- BOOK it. You won't sleep in the Pantheon, but you are as close as possible to it and right in the heart of Rome. The location could not possibly be better. I traveled to Rome with my 82 year old parents one of whom uses a wheel chair for support. Few steps to get in the building (there may be another way) and a few steps to an incredible breakfast. Accessible bathrooms and room. Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. LOCATION-- LOCATION-- LOCATION. Beautiful rooftop terrace, five minute walk to Trevi Fountain, 15 minutes to Spanish Steps, 30 to vatican. Honestly-- just incredible place. This is a smaller scale European hotel-- don't expect an American Hyatt-- BUT if you want a clean hotel with a great breakfast in the heart of Rome with an incredible staff-- this simply can't be beat. Can't recommend it highly enough.

What an awesome location right there in the square of the Pantheon. Both or windows in our room over looked the Pantheon, and one window over looked the Pantheon and the square. The staff were amazing, and the breakfast was fabulous. The views from the rooftop patio were breathtaking. When we come back to Rome, we will be staying here.

It was amazing how central it was. the area was very lively. the hotel was a little bit worn out but very very nice. the staff - except for one gentleman at the reception, who said something ridiculous like it was mandatory to leave the room key at the front desk, when we are going out for the day!?! - was quite nice.

You can’t beat this location! It’s close to must see tourist spots. Lots of restaurants around. The hotel is clean, the staff so nice and helpful. This hotel is perfect for a trip to Rome

This was my second stay and I would happily return again. The hotel's location is ideal, with all of Rome's sights walkable from there plus of course being so close to the Pantheon is amazing. The best part of the location though is the hotel's sixth-floor terrace, with awesome views of the piazza below but also Rome in all directions. The rooms are well designed, with lots of storage, beautiful bathrooms and luxurious linens. The breakfast room is bright and comfortable, and the food selection is extensive and delicious, with efficient staff providing a choice of hot drinks and clearing tables. The front desk staff are very helpful and welcoming.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included which offered many options. I booked private tours online before our stay.Julia made dinner reservations for us at great restaurants. She also made private car transportation from the hotel to the cruise port. This was a 3 day wonderful experience for us.

My wife and I couldn't have more pleased with our experience at Albergo del Senato. From the very first moment when we were greeted by the staff, our stay was excellent in every way. Our direct view of the Pantheon our room was icing on the cake. The included breakfast had a more-than-ample selection of items from which to choose. The room and the hotel in general were an excellent value for the money we spent on it; we had friends stay at a different hotel and we feel we had a better experience than they had. If we ever return to Rome, we will seriously consider staying at Albergo del Senato again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

The staff and team at the hotel are service first oriented. Great room and excellent location across from the Pantheon. None of the noise from the big crowds. Provided us with the ability to check our bags early. Room was amazing. Elevators available if needed. Great breakfast. Giulia is a wonderful person that makes guests feel welcomed.

My wife and I had an amazing experience here. The hotel is situated directly on the piazza of the Pantheon and our window opened right out to it. Couldn’t have been more satisfied. The staff was very helpful as well with dinner reservations and transportation. I have visited Rome 8 times and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at there. Travis

Amazing location! Cute clean space ish rooms. Loved being walkable to so much! Only downside for us was the front desk employees seemed little stuck up. We experienced two that just seemed better than every one else unfortunately. Hopefully was just a bad day as everything else was amazing and will be back.
