the central location and the tasty breakfast, rooms were also very nice and comfortable, staff were friendly, hotel went out of their way to accommodate our requirements
chairs were quite uncomfortable on the roof, and pool isn't very big. parking was a little complicated to find and isn't good if you have a big car

The attention, right after booking the hotel, they contacted me to check that everything was ok, they even gave me a restaurant’s recommendation. We ended up eating Andalucía’s gastronomy thanks to them. The attention to detail is amazing, we got a little welcome kit as well as a warm message to welcome us to Granada. Definitely will stay again on our next visit to the beautiful Granada!!!!

Great central location and helpful staff on hand with tips and recommendations.
Our room wasn’t very clean in particular the bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor and I felt the general cleanliness could have been better.
The safe didn’t work in our room but I didn’t report it until we checked out we only stayed a night.
Breakfast looked great but needed another staff member to help on the floor coffee machine kept needing attention and replenishing the buffet. My hot breakfast (eggs) ordered didn’t arrive but the buffet had plenty of choice.
Car parking was tricky to find but good to have below the hotel.
