I enjoyed the staff of the hotel and the cleanliness as well as the quietness of the area.

We took a two-story family suite and the stairs of the room were extremely cramped and uncomfortable to go up, and they did not appear in any picture of the room nor the hotel. The hotel was fully booked and they did not have any other room for us. The air conditioner of the first floor barely worked, only on rare occasions. The person who was supposed to fix it did fix it for the first day, but the issue kept repeating itself. We complained again and they turned off the sensors, making the air conditioner work 24/7, and that's the only way it worked. Another warning that is not related to the hotel itself, right next to the hotel, there was a supermarket (and the shopping centre, which are connected) , the blonde curly haired woman at the checkout was yelling at the costumers and generally was extremely mean. I would recommend going to the other supermarket nearby, the service is much better and the prices are cheaper, and it's not that far.

The fresh fruit provided in the restaurant was excellent. Staff were friendly, and Julian and Katerina were particularly wonderful. We had a 2 storey room with a private pool which we couldn't recommend enough. Lots of room for our family of 5! The manager on reception was very friendly and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable. We would recommend the local beach cove and Sissi village is sweet.

The hotel is definitely more 3.5-4 star, not 5. The general decor of the hotel and grounds is tired. The entertainment is "ok" but the kids club is quite poor, and the kids club staff not particularly engaging. The buffet restaurant food is "ok" but the same every day. There are only two a la carte restaurants and they serve the same food as the buffet restaurant but on a larger scale!! The all inclusive alcohol is poor. The table knives are really blunt, not even sharp enough to cut meat!!

Lovely room and fantastic private pool. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruit, good coffee, omelettes, pancakes a huge selection. Quiet room.

Pool had algae in so swimming costume went green! some cockroaches in room when we came back in the evenings from dinner. Remember to take insect repellant - lots of mosquitos!

Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and our room was upgraded.

THIS IS NOT A 5 STARS HOTEL!!! OVERPRICED! 170€ per night for a simple room that should cost maximum 50€ per night… Theres not enough parking place and there’s no access to the beach from the hotel (you have to walk far or take car). Not possible to have breakfast outside before 9h!! not possible to use the swimming pool after 19h.. Wellness paid separately and very expensive despite the high price charged for the room. Honestly.. waste of money. I don’t recommend this place. For this price you can find MUCH BETTER in Crete.

The place is beautiful, located near the nice center of Sisi. We were treated with planty of care by lovely Elza that did not stop surprising us and upgrating our stay. The place is clean comfortable and is ideal for resting and enjoing the weather

We had in mind more traditional greek food... any way we enjoyed the veraiety of dishes, salads, fruits and drinks.

The food and staff were brilliant. Could not knock anything to do with that.

Our hotel room was falling apart, the Aircon wasn't working properly then the sink was not attached to the side and that bed frame was broken. The bed frame and the sink were sorted by a handyman but you can see where they'd fixed it once already and just did a make do job.

Lack of Sandy Beach beside the Hotel, just rocky one, to the nearest Sandy Beach is around 20 min.

Clean and spacious room with sea view on a large resort with several bars and swimming pools. Everywhere was kept very clean and Covid safe. We enjoyed walking down to Sissi harbour for cocktails in the evening. The breakfasts were very good with good selection of food and drink. The staff were very efficient, attentive and friendly.

We were personally disappointed by the food at dinner - often it was barely warm and poor quality - so ate out often even though we had an all inclusive package. Overall though we were happy with our stay as we felt we got value for money despite the issues with the food.

The stuff went above and beyond to make sure that we are extremely happy, latterly every employee made us feel welcome and treated us like VIP guests. Thank you!!!

I think 5 stars hotel should have better mattresses, I slept on the twin bed and it was too much soft. Stairway to second floor in the suite was very tight and narrow Besides that Superb hotel

The facilities were overall very good, especially the swimming pools. Perfect place to relax. The outside dining area was also very enjoyable. Also great location if you want to travel around in the region.

The main weakness was the quality of the food (perhaps a common issue with All Inclusive packages). The buffet would benefit enormously from offering local Greek/Cretan fresh products. Many food items were (very) overly salted. Cocktails were subpar. This is in part excused by the affordability of the AI package but we were a bit disappointed.

The friendliness and helpfulness of ALL the staff not just one or 2. The choice of food, and amount of swimming pools and facilities.

Nothing much bad to say. The map of the resort could have been slightly more detailed and the evening entertainment could have been communicated a bit more, but these are minor things.
