Out of the three different hotels we stayed in on our trip to Japan, this was by far the BEST. It's in a great location, a lot larger than most hotel rooms in japan (for the cheap price) and super comfortable.
Comfy beds, big bathroom and shower area. It's also right across the road from the Kyoto Imperial Palace/Gardens.
Would stay here again

It was great, clean and really big, loved the bathroom
Nothing, it was a bit hard to check in but we just sent a message via booking platform and it was fine

Beds were comfy and a great location.
Instant coffee was not good. Couldn’t watch any TV- no local channels?
