The property was clean, and well presented. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again! Great location to everything to see in Shkoder.

Everything was perfect, the owner was extremely nice and the room was very big and comfortable
The AC was not working (or not very good), but instead we had a ventilator that was enough. And not fridge, which can be difficult to store things in the heat there is.

The staff were very friendly and welcomed us on check in. The room was lovely and spacious, and the air conditioning was great. We were heading out for the day after we checked out and they let us keep our car in one of their parking spaces on the road which was very kind so thank you. On check out they also gave us croissants, coffee and orange juice free of charge so that was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay only a 10 minute walk from the Main Street in Shkoder.
The outside doors/windows didn’t quite close which meant a bit of road noise coming in but it didn’t affect anything really.
