NOTICE: The main parking lot for the resort tends to get filled up pretty quick as it is on a "first come, first serve" basis. Other: This is a fully transferrable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.

We stayed here in May just before Memorial Day weekend. The price could not be beat. The location was great. The room had more kitchen items than I expected- would have been helpful to know more details about that as I would have brought less stuff, but not a big deal. The room was clean. We had a view of some mountains just outside our window. The only "down side" (if you want to call it that) is that parking is not onsite. It is on the other side of the street. For the time of year we were there, this was irrelevant for us, in fact we welcomed the walk. For those there in the winter, not so sure. If we return to Tahoe, we would 100% stay here again.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Tahoe! The location is very convenient if you're skiing at Heavenly. Parking was easy, convenient, and free. The studio was quiet, equipped with small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, one small fry pan, one small pot, full size coffee maker, service ware for 4, microwave, small fridge. basic cooking utensils, corkscrew. Comfortable bed with extra blanket if needed. We enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna, lounge/bar with fireplace, pool tables, and shopping at Heavenly Village. Friendly staff, quick and efficient check in/out. This was our 2nd stay here this ski season and we hope to return very soon!

PRO: Close to shops, stores, rentals, restos, marina, <10mins from Heavenly. Clean, has kitchen utensils, has toiletries, lots of towels, view is ok, wifi is strong, hotel itself has giftshop/resto, has shuttle/bus stop close by, easy check-in, nice staff, soundproof walls. CON: Limited parking (offsite parking is across the street), heater can get loud, can be pricey, squeaky headstand.
