Prepare your favorite recipes in the contemporary kitchen with stainless steel Viking and Bosch appliances, then dine at the attached breakfast bar, the nearby table, or alfresco on the shaded back patio. For fun times at home, head into the garage game room to play Ping-Pong, shoot some hoops, or crack the high scores on the upright arcade machines. This home also offers a serene living area with a large sectional, a desk and chair for your laptops, a large TV, and a gas fireplace to help set the mood. Out back, enjoy a refreshing swim in your optionally-heated, PebbleTec pool (for an additional fee), soak away your cares in your spill-over pool spa, or fire up the gas grill for a family cookout!
