Nestled in Key Colony Beach, this charming house for $387 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to Isla Paraiso, a newly renovated duplex offering two individual units, each designed to accommodate your party size with 2 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, and 1 bathroom. OPTIONS TO RENT YOUR WAY: 1. For parties of UP to 6 guests - enjoy the lower unit at the rate shown at checkout. Be sure to add the pool heater for only an $150.00 per week to add an extra touch of luxury to your stay. 2. For larger groups (6+ to 12 guests) ONLY - enjoy the full house, both the lower and upper unit for an additional price per day. Be sure to add all applicable FULL HOUSE fees accordingly to get a clear total of your reservation. Disclaimer: No separate bookings are available. Pool heater can get be added at a $150.00 per week. The cleaning fee for the lower unit is $300 per week and for those using the full house, an additional $250.00 per week will be added. Please reach out if there are any questions or concerns you may have. For when you’re ready to get out of snooze mode and into adventure mode: Guests can enjoy a scenic drive down the famous Seven Mile Bridge to Key West for the impeccable sunsets and lively atmosphere filled with one-of-a-kind dive shops, eateries, bars and family-friendly activities like soaking up the sun in a fishing charter or snorkel trip. Enjoy street performances in Mallory Square, window-shopping down Duval Street and don’t forget to visit the Hemingway House and the Southernmost Point. Whatever you want to enjoy this trip, you can find it in Key West. Want to experience something unique to Marathon? Consider visiting wildlife reserves like the Turtle hospital or the Dolphin Research Center where you can not only learn how to prevent these animals from extinction, but learn to feed and care for them with their special programs. Can’t get enough of the beach? Marathon has 3 main beaches! Of all three, we recommend Sombrero Beach. This dog-friendly beach is spacious with a gorgeous stretch of a shoreline to enjoy a sunset walk on. The beach offers a covered pavilion and restrooms ready to enjoy from the morning until dusk. Don’t forget to enjoy the local food with the waterfront views! We suggest visiting Sparky`s Landing in Key Colony Beach and Burdine`s Waterfront located at the end of 15th Street where you will find unique dining establishments with live music and of course, the catch-of-the-day. My friends and family and I cannot stop raving about this vacation home. We had an absolutely amazing time staying here for a long weekend. This house was recently renovated, and all of the finishes/decorations were beautiful. It was spotless upon check-in and the property manager, Monica, was always available if we needed her. The two kitchens (1 on each floor) were completely stocked with every utensil and appliance you could think of, as well as there being an abundant amount of towels/linen provided. This home was in the most perfect location. The waterfront views were amazing & was perfect to enjoy the morning sunrise on the upstairs deck with a cup of coffee. We will definitely be back in the summer. Don’t hesitate to book this home!

Everything was perfectly advertised. Property manager was so helpful and very responsive. She’s amazing. The home was incredibly clean and tidy which made it very helpful with little hands everywhere. Only downfall was the pavers around the pool get incredibly hot and make it a necessity for wearing your shoes back there during the mid day… not sure what they could do about that. Home is still amazing and well thought out. Highly recommend.

we enjoyed the location and the decor and layout of the house. The pool is very dangerous. Two of our guests slipped and one injured themselves. Be aware the pool and surface tile is VERY Slippery. Hot Water issues downstairs. I’m sure the host will correct these items and I would still rent again if the issues are resolved.

The house is perfect for my family downstairs and our friends upstairs. The house was newly remodeled with a large driveway that fits plenty of vehicles and the boat trailer. The back yard was set up great with tiki bar, pool, grill, couches pool bathroom and games. Everything was clean. Besides needing to buy food, toilet paper and paper towels everything else was supplied. We definitely recommend and will be back soon

We stayed here with another family, all with small children and the house couldn't be more perfect! The house looks exactly like the photos. Everything you need is here. Grill, ice maker, boat dock, and pool. We spent majority of our time in the backyard. There is a restaurant right down the street we were able to walk to with live music. We've already started planning our next visit!

This house is exactly as described and even more! Small touches made the difference. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this house to anyone. One suggestion is having directions on how to use the TV’s and find channels. Thanks again for renting your home!

WOW! This was my first VRBO experience and it was AMAZING! This home is extravagantly decorated with everything you could possibly need and more. Everything was perfect. The outdoor space was awesome. Everyone in our group loved the pool, tiki hut, and especially the outdoor grill. Monica was so helpful and very attentive to any text questions that I had during our stay. She went above and beyond my expectations! This home is so worth booking. Our group has already planned a stay for next year - Can’t wait! Thanks again Monica for everything!

This property is amazing. Literally brand new and perfect. Pool was small but great size for taking a dip or for my school age kids to play. Backyard patio was perfect for lounging and grilling out. Entire yard fenced so great for my 3 year old to keep out of trouble. Beds comfortable for sleeping. About 16 minutes to Sombrero beach. We saw manatee in the canal, a short boat ride to the open ocean or restaurants for dinner. Hope we can go back.

This 2 unit complex was brand new. Very well equipped. Backyard tiki bar and pool area were the best! Great place to relax with friends and family. Close to everything. Property manager responded quickly to any question or need. Highly recommend.

My sister and her two younger children came from Arizona to the Florida Keys to visit, as well as my brother from southern California. I personally live in Big Pine Key, which is about 25 miles from Key Colony Beach. I don’t have the space for a family visit, so I decided to find a rental for the family to stay at during their visit. The rental from VRBO was a duplex, which was perfect for this situation. Both units of the duplex have a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The upstairs unit in the second bedroom has bunkbeds which was perfect for my sister’s 2 children. The lower unit was perfect for my brother, giving him his privacy. The unit has plenty of parking, which in the Florida Keys is very rare and hard to come by in a rental situation. The house is on an open canal that leads out into the Atlantic. I was able to bring my boat over from Big Pine and leave it at the rental. Along the canal, the home has a Tiki (with ice machine) and a barbeque grill and modest pool for relaxing after a day out on the water. The place even had a bait freezer for the avid fishing fans! We all had a great time enjoying the outdoor amenities. I would recommend the rental to anyone who would like to bring family and friends together for a special time. If I could, I would certainly give this a rating of more than 5 stars. Renting a duplex unit of this caliber was well worth the price.
