It's located just minutes from downtown Whitefish and Whitefish Mountain Resort. THIS CONDO IS NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. This is truly a unique location in the area since it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Whitefish but close enough to sneak away for some fun. It is a quiet mountain resort that is well suited to those guests who want that cabin feel with the perks of a condo village feel. It's just little ‘cabin’ in the woods in Montana! **LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION** This unit is in a fantastic location in the Village…a quick walk to the tennis courts, children’s playground, and the new indoor pool/sauna and outdoor hot tub that is located literally on the next road over. The condo is situated back in the trees which makes for lots of privacy and the added perk of wildlife hanging out in your back yard! The Village also features a nice warm newly updated outdoor pool, a stocked fishing pond, and plenty of hiking trails. Enjoy all the lovely amenities of this unit: • 2 bedrooms+loft with 2 full baths; • Sleeps 7-8 comfortably; • Beautiful, super clean, non-smoking; • FREE WIFI!!! • Portable AC unit on main level to help with the warmer months. Fans throughout the unit to help move the air as the portable AC unit can only do so much. Surrounded by amazing pine trees, this center unit features vaulted ceilings, large bright windows and new Trex deck with a propane grill and outdoor seating for you to enjoy your meals under the open sky. On the main level, there is a full bath, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and other one has a sets of bunk beds (top bunk is a single, bottom is a double with a pull out single underneath!) - perfect for the kids. In the loft, there is a queen-size log bed and a futon. Whitefish, Montana is an amazing place for a summer or winter vacation! In the summer, you can go: • zip-lining, hiking and biking on Whitefish Mountain resort; • Ride the gondola up the mountain and go exploring all day long; and/or • Private beach area for swimming in Whitefish Lake and it's just a short drive to any of the many surrounding lakes of the Flathead Valley. Of course you can't miss Glacier National Park and its famous “Going-to-the-Sun Road' (only 45 minutes away). This is a must see if you are visiting the Flathead Valley. Miles and miles of beautiful scenery as far as the eye can see! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see Glacier Park, it really is beyond majestic. In the winter, you can snow shoe and cross country ski right out the front door or take a quick drive up the mountain to the ski resort for all kinds of outdoor activities!! Down into town offers other indoor and outdoor fun as well! Just minutes away, you can go: • down hill or cross country skiing; • ice skating; • snowmobiling; • dog sledding; and/or • take a wagon/sleigh ride in the snow! As mentioned, this unit is tucked back from the main road which provides for more privacy and lots of quiet. Having said that, there are a NUMBER of stairs that lead to the entrance of the condo. We realize that's not super convenient, however, it offers you more privacy than the average condo given the way it's situated. The condo also has a VERY STEEP spiral staircase to access all 3 levels. Please keep this in mind as you are planning your travel. If you have young children, we DO have a baby gate available for use during your stay, however these stairs can be tricky for any age. THIS CONDO IS NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. Sit out on the deck and watch wildlife walk by while you sip your coffee or relax in front of the fireplace and watch the snow fall or enjoy your morning on the deck in the warm summer sun. View less
