Newly updated studio at the Monache. Amazing, unobstructed views of Mammoth Mountain from the window - a great space to curl up and read a book or sip hot cocoa.
The Monache offers underground parking, free Wi-Fi, year-round heated pool and jacuzzi, fitness room, and an in-house restaurant/bar, The Whitebark.
Just steps to the Village for easy access to the Canyon Lodge gondola, as well shopping and restaurants. Make your next Mammoth vacation unforgettable by staying in this gorgeous place!
About the Space
Mammoth is a premier destination and a world class resort - The Monache Resort holds true to this. This studio condo offers a perfect getaway for small parties of 4 or less. With the recent remodel and location, this is the nicest place in town! There are stairs down the backside of the building that take you straight to the Village Gondola for easy access to the slopes at Canyon Lodge.
The studio offers a king-sized bed in the living area, as well as a queen pull out sofa, and twin sized mattress in the window nook. There is a gas fireplace, and central heating/AC, keeping the space nice and warm in the winter and cool in the summer, providing the perfect ambiance year-round. The kitchenette is fully stocked and ready for cooking a delicious meal. The full bathroom has a granite countertop vanity and tub/shower.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, sponges, and trash bags.
Guest Access
You will have the entire studio to yourselves.
As guests of the Monache Resort, you will have access to the amenities available, including: year round heated pool and jacuzzi, workout facility, coin-op laundry facilities, and a BBQ (shared). The restaurant and bar in the building, The Whitebark is closed for the remainder of 2026, they're planning to reopen for the 2026/27 winter season. **This is a privately rented property - guests DO NOT get access to room service, car/ski valet, and/or front desk/bell hop services.
There is one parking pass permitted for this property. Park in any open spot in the heated, underground parking garage. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle. There is an electric car charger in the parking garage.

The unit was very clean and easy to access. The host was super accommodating and helped when we had changes to our reservation. Would definitely stay again.

Kitchen fully equipped, beautiful mountain views, easy access to gondola at the village, underground parking was amazing, pet relief stations around property are easy to access, overall we would stay here again!

Overall the room was wonderful and beautiful. It was great to have the fully stocked kitchen to cook our meals. A couple of things that could be improved are the bed mattress and the pullout couch mattress. It would have been helpful to have a suitcase stand.
