Stayed in over a dozen hotels in Patong. Overall, this one is the best value, the room was cozy enough to relax in, and the view from the higher floors were excellent. The Staff were also absolutely amazing. The ladies at the front desk, Noon and Bery, were both incredibly helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. The cons are; no pool and distance from the beach(about 10 minutes on a scooter).

Everything is as described . Clean precise. No games . Good security, elevator everything you could asked for you Will find it except for one thing which is the size of the room of the superior room is kinda very small.
The size of the superior room is kinda very small. Anything else is just great .

Location is good, in more quiet area. Staff is nice.
Room was outdated and lacking basic amenities in the “kitchen” - it was only fridge and sink.
