The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Entering on the second floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. A half-bath has been tucked between the kitchen, and living room, ideal for guests who will be using the queen-size sleeper sofa.
The bright and airy kitchen features an ample amount of counter space, including a large island that can seat your entire group. This property was beautiful and in a great location directly across from Forsyth Park. We appreciated the free parking! The kitchen was great and had all we needed to prepare a meal on site. The host was very attentive and responded immediately to a problem with the master shower and assured us maintenance would be notified. We loved the fact that there were 2 bathrooms. Thank you for a great weekend.

The location was perfect for walking everywhere in the historic district. We parked our car in the assigned spot behind the building and hardly even used it. The condo itself has been beautifully updated and was clean. Check-in was easy. One downside is that due to the location, it is kind of noisy, especially in the front bedroom. If you aren't used to city living, that might make it hard to sleep, but a fan or white noise machine would help.

Parking was good. Kitchen was good. Location was good. Property had a musty mildew smell. Bathroom in back bed room was dirty. Mold in shower, baseboards had urine on them and walls were dirty and shower curtain was dirty. Mattress in front bed room hard as a rock.
