Sofia and her mom Maria are helpful and kind. The apt is simply furnished and clean. The location is very close to center of town. We came as a family of five with my husband and I and our three teenage kids and rented two rooms. Fortunately no one rented the third room so we did not have to share the bathroom with anyone else and had the apt, bathroom and common area to ourselves which was very nice.
The three bedrooms are rented separately and share one common bathroom. If you are coming as a family, it is more comfortable to reserve all three bedrooms so that you have the entire apt to yourself and don’t have to share the common space or bathroom with other travelers.

Bonanza is a family run hotel. They are warm and welcoming, happy to help book any tours, offer to provide taxi and laundry service, assist use in their kitchen, and even offer to share food. They know all the best places in town for dining, shopping, and tours. It is in a quiet area, yet within walking distance to the town center of santa elena. The room was clean and comfortable, and wifi, plenty of blankets, a towel, seating area, and fridge are provided. The location is surrounded by nature and I was able to spot various birds and even an armadillo on the property. Also their two dogs are the sweetest! I had such a great time i decided to extend my stay an extra night. I highly recommend Bonanza!

Right from the start I felt really welcome! The family is really helpful in every kind of way, and Sofia even showed me some nice places in town. The location is great, close to the center and has some nice views close by. The room is very comfortable and very clean. I highly recommend anyone staying here 😊
