Clean, good location, excellent view. Breakfast was good (maybe sometimes gone quickly in the morning). There are dinner options and a cafe too and the hotel own's a small forest reserve for a nice hike with chances to spot wildlife. Overall nice stay in Monteverde

Large rooms, good location near Monteverde with really nice views, great breakfast
Shower located in the wide and deep bath was a bit difficult to climb into - a nice touch was that a handrail was included.

Breakfast was pretty bad, could have used a lot more options and higher quality food. Grab and go items would be appreciated. The room had a good view.
Bad bug problem in the rooms. Mosquitos everywhere with no net. Very basic room which is fine, but for the price was a little much. Would stay elsewhere with more advanced booking time and options.
