The room was really clean and had all the necessities needed. A bit tight for 4 people, but you can make it work. There was plenty of space in the wardrobe for luggage so it won't get in the way.
The kitchen appliances were functional and easy to use. Nice plates and cutlery. The dishwasher was the cherry on top.
The bathroom was clean and the hot water came in a second.
The sheets were squeaky clean and good quality. The towels as well.
The bed was really comfortable, a medium to firm matters on which you could sleep well.
The area is pretty quiet, our studio was facing the inner garden, and you could sleep at night with the window open without being disturbed by the noise.
The staff was helpful, one text away and you could get what you need. In my case we had 3 forks instead of 4 and received the other one the next day (because we chose so; there was also a same day possibility).
Lots of places to eat or drink nearby, I personally recommend the Asian hot pot for one on the corner (the bright yellow restaurant) and the cafés on the way to Warschauer Str. (the cat cafe, and the frozen yogurt place).
One thing to keep in mind as a tourist is that the shops nearby don't have groceries, only drinks, the closest grocery shops were ~1km away.
No AC. ... Really difficult to stay in or sleep when the temperature outside is 34⁰C, humid heat and no wind.
Things that could be improved:
The bathroom ventilation. If the shower took longer than 3-5 minutes the ventilator ij the bathroom couldn't keep up with the steam inside.
The hairdryer has ony one hot setting. A hairdryer with a cold air setting would be great, keeping in mind that the bathroom gets hot quickly.
Making sure the number of cutleries is sufficient to the number of guests.
The pillows on the extensible sofa were clumpy and uncomfortable.

The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were fully equipped, and all kitchen utensils and facilities were of high quality. Everything was clean, practical, and well maintained.
What I did not like was the check-in process. Although we arrived before 3:00 PM, there was no possibility to check in earlier, which left us waiting without much information. The most frustrating part was that it was not possible to complete the check-in through Booking.com. We had to contact customer service, and it took some time before we received the login details and access links. In addition, there was no option to leave our luggage before check-in, which made the waiting period quite inconvenient. Once everything was sorted out, the stay was pleasant, but the arrival experience could be improved to make it more convenient for guests.
