The check in was very easy as it was completely online. The system to unlock doors was very good and functional, we enjoyed it!
Room was good, bathroom was spacious and functional and the kitchen was good enough. Location is great as you are 20' walking distance from Alexanderplatz.
There is also a luggage room inside the hotel which is great to leave your baggage after checkout. Tip: pay only for the carry on which has plenty of space for a carry on and at least 2 personal bags.
The floor was dirty, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Ich hatte erst Bedenken mit dem ganzen online Self Check in. Aber es hat alles super geklappt. Von der ersten Kommunikation nach Buchung, bis hin zum Anreisetag war alles gut organisiert und verständlich zudem. Auch der Check out war problemlos.
Toll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht.
War froh mich auch am Kühlschrank unten bedienen zu können, nachdem ich erst spät in der Unterkunft sein konnte, um so noch eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Der Preis und die Portion hat auch gepasst.
Gerne wieder !

Very clean and modern. Comfortable bed, easy check-in, and bonus points for a good hairdryer ;) Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend! :)
Maybe a little pricey for such a small space, but overall a great stay.

Easily accessible from public transport. Was a good shower.
I didn’t like climbing up and down from the loft bed or the space in the loft. We were not aware that was what we were getting. Didn’t like the furniture provided to sit on. Didn’t like the fact that we had no toilet paper and had to seek it out. That the fridge turned off (broke) and leaked all across the floor, that the dishes were dirty and had to wash them before use.
