New, nice & clean student residence. Excellent room for a single traveller with a single bed, a long desk & chair, a big window, a big cupboard, a small kitchen with wash basin, a electric hot plate for cooking, a microwave woven, a fridge, cabinets & drawers, some cooking tools, a moderate toilet & bathroom. 10 minutes walk to Forum beach & other beaches. Same distance to Forum metro station. A very good place for beach goers. Just outside the accommodation, there is a super market & restaurant.

Rooms were spacious and all had air conditioning & private bathrooms. Kitchen and fridge were a nice touch.
Some rooms had issues with A/C and water pressure and was a bit out of the city centre however was good value for money

Good location with good public transport (bus and metro) within 5-10 minute walk. Good facilities for the price
There was a bit of noise at times and some small amenities in the room would have been nice

Good AC
Ants in the room, dirty bathroom, no kitchen supplies like cutlery. Only one bed was made for us two. Location and its surroundings were a bit uncomfortable
