It is a wonderful hotel and a great place to stay. It is conveniently located close to the beach, as well as many bars and nightclubs. However, the best part of my stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their excellent service made my experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back.

I booked a double room with a queen-size bed, but I was given a room with twin beds. I was not informed about this until I arrived in the room. When I called the reception, I was told that there was no availability, which is why they assigned me a twin room instead.
I have a baby, and sometimes he sleeps with us because he feels uncomfortable sleeping alone in the baby cot. For a 4-star hotel, I expected more transparency and better service regarding room allocation.
That said, the staff were respectful and helpful throughout our stay.
