Room size, staff, ease, delicious water, beautiful view, sunrise, sunset, Stoos Ridge Hike, etc.
It costs 5 swiss franc to borrow a hot water kettle (but, hey, they have the option and that's a good thing!)

Everything is brand new, modern and incredibly well thought out. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful mountains, and the sunset was absolutely breathtaking.
Everything felt easy, comfortable and perfectly designed. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back!

This ski lodge was beautiful, situated right in the middle of the alps. Rooms were spacious and again had beautiful views of the mountains. We went over the xmas holiday so loved all the treats they had out for the guest in the lobby. The self checkin/checkout was very easy to navigate. Rental of skis was easy and right next to the hotel.
That room cleaning was not included in the price. The ski lodge is expensive as it is so having to pay extra for your room to be cleaned seem a bit unreasonable.
