Nestled in South Haven, this attractive house for $450 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Amazing Location - Two blocks from South Beach This is a spacious home is over 2400 square feet with 5 bedrooms (sleeps 12 people) and 3 full bathrooms. There is a large family room, kitchen and dining room for your entertainment needs. On the main level there is an in-law suite with a queen bed and separate sitting area with sofa and chair and a blowup mattress if needed. This room has access to the main floor full bath with a shower. The second floor has a queen bedroom and a kids bunk room with 2 sets of trundle beds (4 twins) which has access the full hall bath with a tub/shower. To round out the second floor is a master suite which includes a King size bed and a twin-size pull-out sleeper chair and its own full bath with a shower. Newly renovated Gameroom complete with two person Arcade, Foosbal, Darts and a Beverage Fridge. The backyard is fenced for privacy. There is a large deck and fire pit to enjoy those great beach evenings hanging in the backyard. A brand new hot tub was installed in the Fall of 2022. The home is conveniently located 2 blocks from South Beach on Lake Michigan, 2 blocks from Kids Corner and 5 blocks from downtown. Enjoy the beautiful new inground, swimming pool! The location of the property was excellent - park & beach within easy walking distance. The hot tub was clean and we all enjoyed it. House was reasonably clean & the number of bedrooms accommodated our family well. Kids did love the game room. The upstairs master bedroom & bath were excellent, downstairs bath was really the laundry room & had a very small shower. We were disappointed with several other important things. The yard was under construction and that was never addressed so the children could not play there. The kitchen utensils & silverware was sparse, no ice cube trays in freezer. The elevation of many of the thresholds was such that many times we tripped because they were not level, varied from 1 inch up to 5 inches in several rooms. Very narrow steep stairway. Our stay was enjoyable but we would not stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family of grandparents, two adult children and their spouses, a toddler and infant twins. The host was very accommodating and provided everything we needed! It was pet friendly too! 💕

This house worked perfect for our family and friends. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids enjoyed the big backyard. It was an easy walk to the beach and park. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property and much bigger than expected . Only a few blocks from downtown and beach, so it was walkable. Went to a wedding at Black River Barn, which was a 5 min drive . Convenient Huge yard with nice patio and BBQ set up. We were so busy with wedding things, we didn't even get to use it. Wouldn't mind booking the house again for a long weekend to enjoy the yard and beach more. Check in was with door code and owners gave us their number for emergences(which we had none) Communicated thru email as well. Great stay.

Excellent location, spacious, nicely decorated rooms, and a great deck with a nice yard. Our only disappointment was the uneven floors in some rooms in this older home, and the very steep stairs to the second floor. One of the adults slipped on the slanting floor in the kitchen and at different times, two kids fell on the stairs. Once we realized we had to be cautious when walking in certain areas, we were OK, but it took a couple of days. Overall, a very nice place for a South Haven family vacation!

We had 7 adults and 3 children, and we had plenty of room! Having 3 bathrooms was a real plus! The home is cute, the kitchen and bathrooms are nice, and the back yard is spacious. We loved being close to Kids Corner, South Beach, and town.

We stayed at this house for a girls weekend. The three bathrooms were perfect for 6 women! There is a large table to gather around and the kitchen is spacious. The house was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of pots and pans, serving dishes, wine glasses, spices, baggies etc. I really appreciate not having to pack all of those items. If you plan to come in the summer to use the beach, it is a short walk. There were tons of beach towels available to use and a rinse-off shower outside. The beds are firm and comfortable with plenty of linens. It is an old home that I believe used to be two separate homes. At the time we were there, there are some unfinished home work/updates happening. But it did not take away from the enjoyment of the stay. To top it off, the communication was great. Amy answered my questions promptly and checked in with me. I would recommend staying here if you are traveling to Grand Haven.
