Keyless entry, access to beach chairs boogie boards etc. Easy access to beach and restaurants.
Need new coffee pot, few spiders in kitchen rafters, side of refrigerator was dirty.

Overall, very nice, comfortable and clean. Super easy and convenient parking. Just steps to the beach across the street and an easy walk to the Village. There was a cozy courtyard with a water feature and a fire pit that was very inviting.. I loved that they provided beach towels in the unit and then there was a closet in the courtyard with loads of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to borrow . The only drawback for me is the road noise. I like to hear the ocean but traffic noise was louder when out on the deck. I was there in July and I imagine off season the traffic would be significantly less.
