Clean, and staff were awesome. Hotel wasn’t busy so staff were great about accommodating another room. Coffee and tea available all day.

No hot water in the shower even if you let it run for an extended period. Very noisy from within the building and the street. Not a great location but take a tuktuk at night and it’s fine. Says two queen beds on Booking.com, however they were double beds. Breakfast that was included - you have to book a time and take a 5-10 minute shuttle to another hotel. We never ate the breakfast as we couldn’t decide on a time.
