It's like a mini resort, jacuzzi, swimming pool sauna upon request. Access to lake Peten. Theirs restaurant has a good quality food and good prices.

I liked the place and the staff was amazing, the food was delicious.
the only downside is the hotel is a little too far from the main places in Peten like Tikal o Isla de Flores, all the TVs algo are not smartTVs

Great location to explore the different Mayan sites. Nice and helpful staff. Nice facilites great for kids. Just the room was very humid. Nice food.

The hotel is beautifully located with direct access to the lake. The pool is nice although somewhat small. There are generally many spots with stunning lake views around the hotel including at the restaurant.
While some staff members are nice and friendly, the general baseline is that you feel somewhat of an inconvenience. The bar area by the pool is not staffed and you either have to call the restaurant from a phone or walk a couple of staircases to the restaurant to order. We noticed that food remains were left on the table for hours after guests left. Guests should be especially cautious when ordering any services through the reception such as shuttles to Flores/airport or tours to Tikal as these services do not seem to be offered through the hotel (albeit appearing that way initially), and prices vary depending on who is behind the counter, even for basic shuttle transfers to the airport. The food is decent but expensive (close to Copenhagen prices).
We would have chosen another hotel in hindsight.
