Lugar muy tranquilo, cerca de Flores. Entorno rodeado de naturaleza. Servicio de lancha muy puntual , y te reecogen en cuanto lo necesitas. Es una gran opción si quieres estar cerca de Flores , pero tranquilo. El personal muy atento y amable.
Las instalaciones fuera de las habitaciones estan un poco descuidadas.

La amabilidad del personal, siempre estuvieron pendientes de la llegada y las necesidades de mi familia. Llegamos antes de tiempo y tuvieron lista la habitación para que pudiéramos prepararnos

Not a lot to like really other than the view over the lake and the boat transfer back and forth. Tono, the boat driver, was great and available at all ours.
Where to start? I need more than a box.
Very run down,
Hard bed so asked to move rooms which was allowed, thank goodness.
Ants running across the bed in both rooms.
Furniture poor.
Pool poor.
Jacuzzi poor.
Decking dangerously poor, not even swept down, so extremely slippy.
Not sure if there was a restaurant as it seemed to be a reception area with the upstairs area closed off.
For the money paid this was very very poor and I'm surprised to think that booking.com allow it on their site.
So much potential as in a fabulous location but just absolutely nothing about it that we can say we enjoyed.
