Difficile de dormir la nuit à cause du bruit
Situation géographique Studio propre bien aménagé et deco moderne
L'immeuble se trouve près des rails de trains donc impossible de dormir la nuit à cause du bruit des trains qui passent toute la nuit Le chien d'une maison en face de l'immeuble aboie toute la nuit Caution de 300 dhs pour mettre la voiture au parking de l'immeuble

Excellent appartement calme, cosy et confortable
Superbe appartement avec une belle décoration cosy et tout le nécessaire pour un petit séjour à Casa. Nous avons pu contacter l'hôte tard dans la soirée et nous a donné les informations avec plaisir. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Unconfortable and expensive for what it is
El apartamento es nuevo y casi todo estaba limpio
- The arrival instructions are very bad. The person could not be contacted. - We never had access to the parking lot (that was the main reason we took such a far apartment. For the parking and then nobody show up to give us access) - The pictures doesnt correspond with the apartment also there is no balcon. - The apartment was very unconfortable. It was barely equiped with cleaning products, blankets, toilet supplied, toiled soup, towels, basic kitchen things like sugar, salt, pans... -the toilet rug was a very dirty rug. - we book for 2 persons and there was only one bed (the advertisment said 3 beds, all a lie). We didnt have towels for 2 and not even blankets for one. - i contacted them and ask for the towels and blankets but never had a reply, only automatic messages. I really think it is too expensive for what it offers!

Thanks to Mr. Younis who is in charge of this 5 stars apartment. Very good value for money.
This apartment is like a sweet in a 5 stars hotel. It's spotless, amazing design, very clean, marble floors, marble bathroom, very good size bedroom with built in wardrobe, clean linens, pillowcases, nicely decorated, airconditioned, it has a french door leading to a balcony. Sitting room is beautiful, supplied with big flat screen TV, comfortable settees, it has a French door leading to a balcony, Airconditioned with a digital controlled A/C. kitchen is supplied with all needed appliances ie. Fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, cutleries etc..The whole building is new and high standard, the area is really nice. Tram is 3 minutes walking, I always use indrive application to get a cap thou. Thanks to Mr. Younis who contacted me straightaway after booking, he sent me the location and the code to enter the building. The porter was waiting for us, he took us to the apartment and showed us how to open the door. We had a very nice 2 nights there. Will definitely rent the same apartment once I go to Casablanca soon again. Thank again to Mr. Younis who is a very friendly person, helpful and very polite and professional. He let us to check out at 2 pm rather than 12. I thing it's the best apartment to let for a short holiday in Casablanca and the best person to deal with.
