Comfortable and clean
Paint job in the rooms a bit messy and roof tiles in the bathroom not aligned.

Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms! We had a room with a balcony which was nice for fresh air. Our bed was super comfy and we really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The location was great being just off the motorway and was very easy for our travel to Takanini for our boys league.
Because we stayed 3 nights, it would have been nice to have a toaster however we didn’t ask so I’m unsure if this is something they could provide.

It's location is perfect for us. Child lives up the road in Mt Albert . It's close to city still to.
It's convenient onsite Reasturant, great for breakfast. Easy , hassel free, parking both stays. We haven't paid for parking, as lots on street. Been lucky perhaps. But good. Beds and pillows are comfortable. We are out all day , night. Hptel is to sleep. So good for us.
Still the design of rooms. The barn slider door, on a toilet bathroom should be a No . That's the way they were designed and it's obviously in all rooms as this is our 2nd stay. Different room.
