Mi è piaciuta molto l accoglienza, con la chicca del bigliettino di benvenuto, che ho amato molto ❤️

Really great location with easy access to the historic centre, transit and restaurants. The room was quite large, and bed was comfortable . Self check-in process was easy.
There is a bar across the street and on Friday and Saturday nights it was very loud.

Great location in Vienna with a clean room with lots of nice extra touches.
This was a big negative for us, we stayed in early October and they had already shut oh the air conditioning for the rooms. It was unbearably hot in the room and it made it almost impossible to sleep. It really affected my stay. When I called for help they just said to turn the heat off in the room, which didn’t help because the heat was already off, and said to open the window to cool down. Unfortunately that didn’t work well either as the window opens onto a busy noisy street and it was very loud with the window open. I really don’t find this acceptable for the expectation and price of the accommodation. Sleep is very important when you are tired from travelling and it affected the quality of my stay in Vienna.
